Convergence provided in-person and virtual training to Alaska hospitals, including Screening for Social Drivers of Health, the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and the Certified Professional Patient Safety (CPPS) workshops. These trainings are designed to help health care leaders discover and learn the core competency essentials crucial to success in a quality, patient safety, and improved outcomes.

For over 70 years, the Alaska Hospital & Healthcare Association (AHHA) has served as a non-profit trade association representing and supporting Alaska's hospitals, nursing homes, and a growing number of healthcare partners across the continuum of care. AHHA members play an invaluable role, both as community providers and essential employers, in cities, towns, and villages across Alaska.
AHHA supports and convenes members and community partners, providing services across these three core areas and functions: Advocacy, Collaboration & Training, and Resources.
Our mission is to advance the shared interests of Alaska healthcare to build an innovative, sustainable system of care for all Alaskans.

Convergence provided virtual and in-person Quality Improvement basics training, as well as facilitation of Virtual Site Visits with Kentucky rural hospitals. Virtual Site Visits serve as a platform for hospitals to connect with KORH Staff and collaborative partners to learn what is important for rural providers. Convergence also provided virtual sessions orientating Kentucky Critical Access Hospitals to the Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Program (MBQIP), state and hospital level data, and interventions for improvement.

The Montana Health Research and Education Foundation (MHREF) is a not-for-profit organization. Established in 1095 by the Montana Hospital Association, MHREF provides an important structure for MHA to pursue federal, state, and private grants and contracts. Focus areas include:

As the largest Hospital Quality Improvement Contract (HQIC), Convergence supports over 300 hospitals across 10 states to improve patient outcomes, safety, and quality of care. Topics of focus include: opioid safety, infection prevention, public health emergencies, health equity, patient and family engagement, quality improvement and data measurement.

CCSQ serves as the focal point for all quality, clinical, medical science issues, survey and certification, and policies for CMS’ programs. They provide leadership and coordination for the development and implementation of a cohesive, CMS-wide approach to measuring and promoting quality and lead CMS’s priority-setting process for clinical quality improvement.

Convergence provided virtual training series on Sepsis Improvement for Critical Access Hospitals, Patient Experience & Satisfaction, SDOH screening, and CAH Quality Program Infrastructure Elements. These trainings increase healthcare staff competencies in patient safety, satisfaction, and increase the strength of an organization’s quality program and culture.

Quite simply, the mission of our organization is – and always has been – to strengthen critical access and small, rural hospitals through collaboration. Better together, ICAHN and its 59 member hospitals make it their overarching goal to preserve access to rural healthcare while improving the vibrancy and viability of the communities served.
ICAHN accomplishes this goal by:
Ensuring appropriate funding and financial resources
Continuing efforts to be a recognized resource on critical access hospitals and rural healthcare in Illinois
Promoting efficient use of information technology services for the network and members alike
Maintaining and further developing specific-type peer networks, activities, and listservs that promote hospital operational efficiencies and connectivity
Offering ongoing educational opportunities and resources
Developing and offering projects that are self-sustaining and which add value to the organization and its members

ICAHN is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation established in 2003 and is governed by a nine-member board of directors.

The Montana Hospital Association (MHA) is a nonprofit organization with more than eighty members that provide the full spectrum of healthcare services, including hospital inpatient and outpatient services, skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice, physician services, assisted living, senior housing and insurance services.
The Montana Health Research and Education Foundation (MHREF) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Established in 1973 by the Montana Hospital Association, MHREF provides an important structure for MHA to pursue federal, state and private grants and contracts requiring not-for-profit status.
The contracts, grants, and programs administered by, and funded through, MHREF assist MHA’s members in several critical areas to address emerging healthcare needs in their communities. Focus areas include:

The Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association has 26 member health systems, representing 111 community, psychiatric, rehabilitation, and specialty hospitals throughout Virginia.
The VHHA Center for Healthcare Excellence was launched in January 2015 as an initiative of VHHA and the VHHA Foundation.
To improve the safety and quality of health care in Virginia by assisting members in achieving top-tier performance in quality, safety and service.
Specifically, the Center will: (1) Support and encourage adoption of best practices in patient care and service by all Virginia hospitals and health systems; (2) Facilitate effective collaborations among Virginia hospitals, health systems, health care providers and key stakeholders; and (3) Serve as a coordinating center for seeking, procuring and administering funding to support patient safety and health care quality initiatives in Virginia.
