With 20+ years of experience, we have worked on a variety of statewide and nationwide initiatives to improve the outcomes of care for patients and improve the conditions in which care is provided for the health care workforce. The WHAT we do is at the core of our business. Convergence Health takes a “how-to, how-to” approach to the implementation of quality and safety practices that prioritizes listening first to identify challenges, followed by customized, practical strategies for the execution of improvement. We are a team of testers and tinkerers, never satisfied to do the same thing in the same way twice. We seek to understand what works and what doesn’t, and we are often asking: what can we do differently to help our clients and customers achieve their goal? We ask big questions and listen with curiosity. We constantly create space for conversation, use quick surveys to gather input, and use systematic tests to explore one approach versus another.
